Job opening-Training Manager- Chandigarh-Matrix Financial HR

We require Training Manager ( one opening) for Chandigarh location.

Candidates satisfying following criteria shall be shortlisted for personal interview with Regional Training Manager.
  
Professional qualification- Minimum 2yrs experience in training.
Educational qualification- At least a graduate.
Age- Below 30
CTC- Best in the industry


Training Manager will be reporting to Regional Training Manager/Director-Sales Haryana. 

His/Her KRAs will include:

1.  Updating sales team on new product launch.
2.  Visiting RPs and motivating them.
3.  Conducting surprise test on product/process know how.
4.  Sharing feedback on BDMs on monthly basis to Director-sales in prescribed format.
5.  Conducting seminars on Financial Planning.
6.  Maintaining progress sheets of both BDMs and RPs and sharing the same with Director-sales on monthly basis.
7.  Contest sharing with RPs and BDMs and monitoring their awareness on the same.
